Caolan is currently going through treatment in Our Lady Hospital Crumlin. His protocol is for 18 months in which he will receive high intensity treatment which will hopefully get him cancer free. However, Neuroblastoma has a 80% chance of relapse, treatment in Ireland for relapse cases is very limited which means if we get there we would need to seek other treatment outside of Ireland in Europe or USA. As you can imagine the treatment is very expensive but it will give Caolan the best chance to stay cancer free.
For this reason we need to fund raise, there will be hurdles along the way but we do not want anything to stand in the way of Caolan chance of survival.
